World Economic and Social Survey
A recently published, UN sponsored, "World Economic and Social Survey", recommends an international carbon tax of $25 US, and taxing the rich, as a means to move towards development goals. It also recommends a small tax on each and every speculative financial and currency transaction, and other environmentally destructive behaviours.
